Relaxing, comfortable, great hospitality. It is located on a working farm and we found everyone friendly and helpful. Local information and places to see etc., were of a particularly high standard and had been well prepared. Overall a really nice place to stay and whilst we only had one night - we believe that it is an ideal place to take a short break and enjoy all the local area has to offer. Oh and finally a true 5 Star breakfast - yummy. Read less

We opted for the Loft Room - and this is well recommended. The little extra touches, often only found in 5 Star Plus Hotel added to our enjoyment.

Thank you for your review & suggestion. There is always a small milk jug on the table at breakfast & we noticed you didn't use it. You booked a standard room which has ensuite shower room, you may want to try the superior room or loft suite next time as they have true bathrooms which are larger. Nice location and quality room and food. Very friendly, helpful assistance from owners who looked after us very well indeed.The evening meal we had was very good and reasonably priced.

They have secure private parking and offered help with our bags. They're was plenty of info on local attractions, our room was well equipt, tea, coffee, hot choc, water, towles, shower gels etc. Beautiful room spacious with a tv.
